Under certain circumstances, residents may receive significant cost savings by sharing their apartment with a roommate. Some of our floor plans are perfect and both parties benefit from saving without sacrificing any of Fairfireld’s amenities, programs, or services.
Family members wishing to pitch in toward the cost of assisted living can take advantage of the IRS gift tax exemption. Individuals can offer annual gifts of up to $13,000 per person without paying the federal gift tax. To ensure that this decision is right for you and your family, please speak with a tax advisor before taking advantage of this option.
