Fairfield Village Transitional Rehabilitation is a state-of-the-art therapy center dedicated to helping our guests recover from illness or other types of hospital stays.
Our 40 bed rehabilitation center offers a hospitality approach to health and wellness. Each guest will experience the personalized quality care from our staff of skilled and compassionate professionals.
Rehabilitation and Nursing
Therapy plays a significant part during the stay of each guest. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists work together to provide a personalized therapy plan for each of our guests. This plan supports each guest to reach an optimum level of functioning, so they may return home or another senior living setting.
Most therapy sessions take place in our spacious gym using state-of-the-art equipment. This, along with a high level of staffing, allows us to provide an unprecedented level of attention and support. The members of our staff are committed to making our guests feel comfortable and dignified during their short stays.
Staff and Amenities
Each of our guests stay in a private room with amenities that would usually be found in a quality hotel. Each room is equipped with fully electric, high-low beds that can be adjusted for our guests’ comfort. Private showers and restrooms in each room allows for personal privacy.
Additional features include an entertainment console with desk, flat-screen television, microwave, and refrigerator. A phone, free WiFi connection and locked cabinet for personal items are also available.
Family and friends are encouraged to visit often and invited to enjoy our restaurant-style dining. We are happy to arrange overnight accommodations, as well.
Outpatient therapy services are available for those able to improve at home. Outpatient therapy programs include post-surgical orthopedic therapy for hips, knees, ankles, shoulders and backs. Vestibular Rehabilitation (VRT) can help improve symptoms such as dizziness, vertigo and balance problems, that may lead to falls. Certified Lymphedema Therapists (CLT) are available to provide therapy for guests diagnosed with lymphedema, an abnormal build-up of fluid that causes swelling, most often in the arms and legs.
